Herbal Tea/Green Tea for Weight Loss
Ingredients
Drinking water 4 glass
Jasmine Green Tea 3 tsp
Cinnamon (Darchini) 1-2 pieces
Mint leaves 2-3 leaves
Honey as required
Cloves 2 pieces
Mulaithi 1/2 small pieces
Cardamom (illaichi) 3-4 pieces
Garlic Finely Sliced 3/4 tsp
Ginger 1 small slice
Kalonji 1 pinch
Method
Heat 4 glass of water in the meantime put 3 tsp of
Jasmine Green Tea.
Add cloves, Mulaithi, Cardamom, Garlic, Ginger, Kalonji,
Cinnamon (Darchini) keep it cooking till reaches the boiling point.
Stop cooking when water remains only about 2 glasses.
Sprinkles mint leaves as required.
Serve with 1 tsp of Honey in a cup.
