Chironji / Charoli Seeds health benefits for Skin:

Charoli nuts not only provide flawless clear skin but also cure many skin diseases like acne, pimples and skin marks. Charoli seeds are used as scrub. Chronji scrubs are highly beneficial for skin they are very good for reducing facial hair. After few scrub the hairs which left or grow again or come back, they will be the same color as person skin color which makes them hidden, invisible or unnoticeable.

Chiroli Face Scrub:

Take 1 tbsp of Charoli powder add 1 tsp gram flour, or corn flour and few drops of lemon juice apply this scrub on skin for 10 to 20 minutes and remove it after drying the mask. This mask is used as facial scrub to treat oily skin and facial hairs if you had dry skin use milk instead of lemon juice

Charoli seed face mask for glowing skin:

Take 2 tbsp of Charoli seeds soak them in milk for 5 hours or night  make paste after grinding it add a pinch of turmeric powder and mix and apply on skin for 15-20 minutes regularly. This will gives you white glowing and shinning skin and reduce facial hairs gradually.

Charoli or Chironji face pack for blemish and itching skin:

Take one tbsp of Charoli powder and mix it with a tsp of sandalwood powder add few drops of rose water for making paste Apply this paste on your face  for 20-30 minutes. After the mask dry out, Wipe off with moist cloth or cotton. This mask offer cooling effect to your skin.

Saara parrupu or Charoli for skin whitening and anti aging mask:

Mostly Asia people had wheatish skin and try many recipes to get white and glowing skin Charoli mask is very helpful for this purpose. This mask not only gives you fair complexion but also tightens skin and makes it smooth. Take 1 tbsp of Charoli powder add pinch of nutmeg powder and make paste with honey

Charoli seeds are also considered part of many Asian sweets like Chironji ki Barfi, piyush,Kheer, shrikhand, halwa, lamb pepper with Chironji, meaty kormas, Gajar ka Meetha, Chironji mutton Hyderabadi Haleem and Malae kofta.

The Charoli nuts or seeds are good source of various nutrients like proteins, amino acid, fiber, vitamin B, C, and B2, carbohydrates, maleic acid, cardanol, iron, linoleic acid, calcium  niacin and some water soluble extracts.Charoli is dry fruit and it has a medium-sized evergreen tree that has mostly up to 15m height. This tree is native to India and is found growing widely in Malaysia, Burma and Nepal. The dry forests of Varanasi district of Uttar Pradesh,Madhya Pradesh, Mirzapur and Jharkhand are the natural Charoli plants growing hubs of India
It is a member of the Anacardiaceae plant family and is also known as Almondette tree. It tastes like almond. . It is an almond-shaped dry fruit, extracted from the bark of the charoli tree. Charoli oil has lots of properties .The kernels of Charoli tree contribute to about 50% of oil and are often used as a substitute for olive oil and almond. Cinnamon powder        6tbsp
Tub of warm water
Method:
Mix nutmeg and cinnamon powder in Luke warm water and leave it for ten minutes. When the water cools use the mixture on the face and allow it to rest for ten minutes.
2nd recipe:
Ingredients:
Oatmeal flour                           1 tbsp
Red lentils powder                    ½ tbsp
Mashed banana                        1
Jaiphal powder             ½ tbsp
Rose water
Method:
Mixed all ingredients apply on the face and leave it for fifteen minutes. After that rinse off with regular water.

Jaiphal for Pimples, eczema, Skin Marks and Scars


This spice has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial properties which are essentials for treatment of acne, eczema, pimples and skin marks & Scares. You can apply nutmeg in following method.

Recipe for skin pigmentation, eczema, Pimples, Skin Marks and Scars:

Ingredients:
Raw Milk                     1 tbsp
Nutmeg powder           ¼ tbsp
Method:
Mix both ingredients and apply on skin for 20 minutes and wash your face with luke warm water if you had only skin then mix jaiphal powder with water only and apply for 20 minutes.

Rose water                   ½ tbsp
Orange juice                 ½ tbsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients and apply on face ad infected areas of skin wait for 15 minutes and wash your face with normal water.

Jaiphal / Jaifial as skin Moisturizer and Exfoliator:

The amazing nutmeg powder not only treat acne and skin damage issues but also its moisturizing and exfoliating tendencies keeps skin moisturized and hydrated and cures dry and  damaged skin.
Recipe 1
Ingredients:
Red lentils                     1 tbsp
Custard apple pulp       ½ tbsp
Nutmeg powder           a pinch
Rose water                   few drops
Milk                             few drops
Method:
Mix all ingredients make paste and apply on skin start rubbing it for 5 minutes rubbing leave for 20 minutes and wash your face with water. It will make skin smoother and softer.

Jaiphal for smooth and fair complexion:

Other than lots of skin benefits of jaiphal it makes skin smoother brighter healthier and fairer. Here are few recipes and skin masks which are easy to use
Ingredients:
Oatmeal flour               1 tbsp
Wheat flour                  ½ tbsp
Mashed banana                        1
Jaiphal powder             ½ tbsp
Method:
Mixed all ingredients apply on the face and leave it for twenty minutes. After that rinse off with regular water.

Jaiphal/Jaifal or Nutmeg Properties:

Nutmeg is an oval shaped seed of a tree known as ‘Myristica Fragrans. The specialty of the tree is that it produces two different spices on the same tree. This evergreen tree belongs to the family of Mysristicaceae. The tree is native to Moluccas, in Indonesia, the tree produces a fleshy fruit alike an apricot. But, on maturity the fruit breaks into two halves to reveals a reddish-brown shell beneath that has a solitary seed inside. When shell is cracked and opened, it exposes a dried brown-colored seed, which is actually the sweet spice the nutmeg used in various cuisines of the world.

Dark colored container                to store solution
Vitamin C Powder                    ½ tsp

First of all dissolve the Vitamin C powder in the water then add glycerin mix well store in colored bottle you can use it for a month
Precautions

  1. Receipe 1 Ingredients

Flour                            3 tsp
Turmeric                       3 tsp
Cow milk non boiled       3 tsp
Mix all ingredients apply on the face for 20-30 minutes it gives you golden glow

  1. Receipe 2 Ingredients

Orange covers dry                    few
Milk                                         to make paste

Take orange cover dry them make powder when you want to apply ubtan make paste with milk apply for 15 minute wash your skin with water its works as ubtan and provides you instant glow

  1. Receipe 3 Ingredients

Gram flour                    4tsp
Turmeric (haldi)            ¼ tsp
Milk                             few drops
Lemon juice                  few drops

Mix all ingredients apply daily on the face it’s also works as ubtan and provides you glow
