Isabgol has a lot of health benefits but still many people are afraid of taking it during pregnancy. Using isabgol during pregnancy is considered safe if used properly. Taking Psyllium husk or isabgol for treating constipation is common in India-Pakistan while constipation during pregnancy has been noted in half of all pregnant women and various women suffer from constipation at some stage in their pregnancy. A number of women face this issue in the entire pregnancy. 

There are many reasons of  constipation occurs in pregnancy which includes hormonal causes, lack of activity,  lack of  nutrition and fluids, lack of iron and zinc or pressure by uterus etc.  The condition usually starts in the 1st trimester of pregnancy which relieved during second trimester and again during 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Psyllium husk is generally known as Isabgol in Pakistan and India. Isabgol is skin or husk of Plantago ovato plants seeds. Isabgol is natural laxative presented and could be safely drink in pregnancy.

Recipe of Cardamom drink or Homemade Sharbat Elaichi recipe

Sharbat e Elaichi or Cardamom Drink is very beneficial in summer season. with lemon juice it gives very unique taste and flavor while green color attracts eyes. 

Ingredients

Cardamom (elaichi/Ilachi  pod ): 50gram                               
Sugar: ¾ kg
Green Food Color: a pinch
Water: ½ kg
Lemon: ½ kg

Recipe:

Make cardamom (elaichi/Ilachi) powder. Cook cardamom powder in water until water remain half. Now add lemon juice in that and strain the water with strainer or cloth. Add sugar in the water and cook again. Cook the water and sugar on slow heat and stir frequently. When water started thicken, preserve the mixture in glass bottle or jar. You can enjoy cardamom drink by adding 2 tbsp of syrup in one glass water. Mix sugar and ice as your taste.

Take 2 tbsp of Charoli seeds soak them in milk for 5 hours or night  make paste after grinding it add a pinch of turmeric powder and mix and apply on skin for 15-20 minutes regularly. This will gives you white glowing and shinning skin and reduce facial hairs gradually.

Charoli or Chironji face pack for blemish and itching skin:

Take one tbsp of Charoli powder and mix it with a tsp of sandalwood powder add few drops of rose water for making paste Apply this paste on your face  for 20-30 minutes. After the mask dry out, Wipe off with moist cloth or cotton. This mask offer cooling effect to your skin.

Mostly Asia people had wheatish skin and try many recipes to get white and glowing skin Charoli mask is very helpful for this purpose. This mask not only gives you fair complexion but also tightens skin and makes it smooth. Take 1 tbsp of Charoli powder add pinch of nutmeg powder and make paste with honey

Here I am going to share face mask which hydrates and purify skin naturally. this ayurvedic mask will prevent acne and skin redness and you can get rid of red skin this face mask will not only hydrate and purify our skin but also makes skin glowing smooth and shiny. its ingredients specially triphala herbal powder work amazingly for skin.
Ingredients:

Turmeric                                   ½ tsp
Dry Rose petals                        1 tsp
Unrefined honey                       1 tsp
Nutmeg powder                       1 tsp
Recipe and directions:
Mix all ingredients well and make creamy paste then apply on clean skin for ten minutes. After ten minutes wash your face with warm water and after removing this mask you will feel redness on skin this is sign of blood circulation and removing of dead skin cells and skin allergies. Apply skin moisturizer on your face for this redness this redness will only remain for fifteen minutes maximum and you will find glowing clear and smooth facial skin naturally.

Ingredients:

Gond Katira/Gum                     5g
Sweet sliced Almonds                 6
Water                                       150 ml
Sugar                                       as desired or as per taste
Milk                                         250 ml
Cardamom powder                   a pinch

Recipe:-

Get gond katira and make small crystals of gond katira. Soak gond katira in water over night. Take large bowl for soaking gond katira because it increase in volume.
In morning gond katira will become jell like it nearly looks like crushed ice. Now drain water and wash this little stiff jelly two or three time.
Boil milk with sugar and cardamom until milk remain half in volume. Cool it in refrigerator then add washed gond katira garnish with almonds slices.

These products can cause hair growth instead of hair reduction it’s very important to understand how to treat or remove facial hairs without any side effects you can reduce or remove facial hairs with ubtan scrub.
Natural and home made products are always safe. Regular use of these products can bring remarkable results. Indians ubtans are very famous these ubtans can be used as face wash, scrubs and mask this depends on ubtan' s ingredients that how it can be used ubtan scrubs helps to reduce hair growth as well as it removes hairs from roots but it takes time it could not be happen in a night that you apply ubtan and all hairs are permanently removed so you need to have patience and regular for positive results

Ubtan scrub Ingredients:

Red lentils (masoor dal)                                    100 gms
Orange peel powder                                         50 gm
Unsalted pistachio                                             75 gm
Turmeric                                                           a pinch  
Sandalwood powder                                        50 gm

Method:

Mix all ingredients and grind them make powder and when you want to apply ubtan add 3 tsp of milk soak it for three hours (full night for best result) and apply on face massage it in circular motion for 15 to 20 minutes.
when you massage this scrub in circular motion it will pull away facial hairs now wash your face with lukewarm water then apply rose water if you have sensitive skin then decrease massage duration for better result apply thrice a week
