Ragi (Finger millet) is important cereal which is an outstanding source of protein.
Ragi or finger millet contains amino acids, B vitamins, folic acid, calcium and potassium. Finger Millet contains amino acids namely Threonine, Tryptophan, Isoleucine, Valine and Methionoine. Ragi is good source of iron and helps to increase haemoglobin in blood. Ragi also contains dietary fibres and polyphenol. For Breakfast:


1 roti without ghee or brown bread with boil egg and tea

For Lunch:

Vegetable boiled or fresh fruits or less oil cooked Steamed fish or chicken pieces with raw salad

Tea

In evening if you want to drink tea then drink green tea daily it also helps in weight loss

for a second time steamed chicken piece with boiled vegetables and roti 
 If want to eat oily food then allow yourself to have it only once a week. Generally fully stay away from oil, fats and sugar

Exercise:

Herbal Tea/Green Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients

Drinking water                                      4 glass             

Jasmine Green Tea                               3 tsp

Cinnamon (Darchini)                              1-2 pieces

Mint leaves                                           2-3 leaves

Honey                                                    as required

Cloves                                                  2 pieces

Mulaithi                                                1/2 small pieces

Cardamom (illaichi)                               3-4 pieces

Garlic Finely Sliced                               3/4 tsp

Ginger                                                   1 small slice

Kalonji                                                   1 pinch

Method
Heat 4 glass of water in the meantime put 3 tsp of Jasmine Green Tea.
Add cloves, Mulaithi, Cardamom, Garlic, Ginger, Kalonji, Cinnamon (Darchini) keep it cooking till reaches the boiling point.
Stop cooking when water remains only about 2 glasses.
Sprinkles mint leaves as required.
Serve with 1 tsp of Honey in a cup.
