Winter season is cause of lips problems like dry, chapped and crack lips. Dry winds of winter season and over sun and heat exposure can cause dry lips. Do not conquer your lips when they are dry or chapped. This makes you feel better only for a short time.
We can avoid lip damage by drinking lots of water and rubbing cucumber slices on your lips.
  • Almond oil is very good and effective to reduce lips problems. Mix almond with a small amount of milk cream or glycerin or winter lotion and apply onto the lips as moisturizer.
  • Applying purified butter onto the lips and leaves it for night this will relief lip pain and problems.
  • Mix lemon juice with milk cream and massage on lips
  • Warm sesame oil will also soothe your lips
  • To make lip pink or reduce darkness of lips massage olive Mask on lips daily. here is recipe to make olive massager
Egg yellow                    1/4 half
Olive oil                        1/2 tsp
Cucumber juice            1/2 tsp
Rose water                   1/2 tsp
Mix them all massage on lips for 5-10 minutes it will make lips pink and damage free

  • Regularly application of honey on lips is very good for lips in winter it will save them from drying and damage
  • Regular application of beet juice is also good for lips

Winter is slightly coming with its cold and blasting winds with attracts over hearts yet it is threat for skin there are many skin problems waiting for us in winter we need proper take care to save our skin from skin damages and allergies.
In winter we face lot of heat and sun burns. There are many creams available in markets to keep our skin moisturize and healthy but the question is which cream suit your skin type. Home made creams and remedies are more beneficial for everyone because these have no side effects.   

Exfoliate

First of exfoliator is very important to get rid of all that dry skin. Scrub will help you to remove dead cells. Apply scrub for 20 minutes massage and remove it with Muslin cloth to remove dead skin

Moisturize

Good moisturizer will helps you to replenish y our skin and create a barrier between your skin and the wind.

Use a Winter Skin nourishing mask

It's very important to use mask in winter to cleanse pores and squeeze all the bad stuff from your pores, leaving your skin glowing, bright and soft. Here I am sharing simple Mask for skin in winter to improve skin condition.
Ingredients
Banana             1
Oatmeal           1tbsp
Honey Mash     2tbsp
Procedure
Mix all and make paste apply it on skin for 20 minutes Wash it off

Lips care in winter

Lips need more care in winters. Lips are mostly damaged by the winter chill. Winds Cracked and chapped them. We should use Vaseline on lips in winter because Vaseline will create a protecting barrier for lips and save them from drying

Winter Mask for hands and feet

In winter tricky places of our skin like elbows and knees are mostly avoided which needs deeply nourishing and smoothing. Here is home made mask for hands and feet in winter
Ingredients
Vaseline                                                           4 tbsp
Rose water                                                       4drops
Honey                                                              1 tbsp
Almond oil                                                        1 tbsp
Procedure
Mix them all apply on the hands before sleeping it will nourish your hands and feet and make them neat and beautiful

Homemade Simple remedies for Body and Skin Dryness

Skin dryness is common in winter due to change in season. Cool and breezy airs make skin more dry .there are less chances of skin dryness because people uses more water in summer
Milk Massage:
Take 5 tsp of fresh milk and add few drops of rose water in it. Then mix well and rub this solution all over your body and leave it on for one hour then rinse it off with cold water. Follow this twice or thrice a week in winters and twice in summers.
Milk Cream and lemon juice Massage:
Mix fresh cream with lemon juice drops apply on skin and massage for 10 minutes  you can repeat this remedy thrice a week in winters and once in summers. 

Lukewarm Honey massage:
 Take two tsp of honey make it little warm and apply on your body with gentle hands while the honey is still lukewarm. Do not rub hard on your skin. Massage well for 15 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. you can repeat this remedy thrice a week in winters.
