Gulqand or Gulkand health benefits (Preserved Rose Petals)
Gulqand or Gulkand is made from preserving fresh
rose petals and sugar or misiri by traditional ayurvedic method. In Urdu and
Persian flowers are called gul while qand means sweet or sugary in Persian.
Gulqand is also known as Gulkand in Hindi and Urdu and Gül Reçeli in Turkish. It
is also considered as rose petals jam and can be eaten with milk and Ice cream.
Gulkand benefits:
· Gulkand is used
to reduce body heat `and made out of selected rose petals by adding misri or sugar.
